Topics

Five talks, each built on evidence.

  1. 01

    AI’s real novelty is speed

Executives and boards · 30 to 45 minutes

For companies that are not in the AI business, AI rarely does anything new. It does what they already knew how to do, at a cost and pace that change which work is worth doing. A practical way to build an AI strategy from the work you ration today.

  2. 02

Governance by design: what safety engineering teaches enterprise AI

Risk, quality and technology leaders · 30 to 45 minutes

Two decades of ISO 26262 and ASPICE, applied to AI: evidence produced while you build, traceability from question to decision, and accountability that does not slow teams down. With the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001 as design inputs.

  3. 03

Agents in the enterprise: gateway, runtime, MCP and A2A

Architects and platform teams · 45 minutes or a half-day workshop

What it takes to run hundreds of agents across a company: one gateway, evaluation in every release, isolation enforced by the kernel, MCP to reach enterprise systems and A2A between vendors. With numbers from real experiments.

  4. 04

MBSE for AI, not AI for MBSE

Engineering leaders in regulated industries · 45 minutes

Why bolting an assistant onto modelling tools built for human authors is the wrong question, and what model-based systems engineering looks like when AI is a primary author. From the book of the same name.

  5. 05

From pilots to production: lighthouse projects that scale

Transformation and function leaders · 30 minutes or a workshop

How to pick a small set of lighthouse projects that prove patterns, not demos, and how the seven pillars of adoption and governance turn those patterns into a company-wide capability.
